1. Services
Torino Fumaioli Expert provides chimney sweeping, camera flue inspection (L1–L3), liner replacement, masonry repair, waterproofing and dryer vent cleaning in Turin and the Piedmont region.
2. Appointments
Cancellations require 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may incur a €35 call-out fee. HD video inspection reports are included with all Level 2 and 3 inspections.
3. Pricing & Payment
All chimney jobs are quoted on-site after assessment. Payment is due upon completion by cash, SEPA bank transfer or card.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee a spotless worksite following all chimney cleaning services. Issues will be remedied at no charge within 7 days of service.
5. Liability
Torino Fumaioli Expert carries €2,500,000 public liability insurance on all chimney and flue work.
6. Safety
Clients must ensure clear access around fireplaces and chimneys during service. Children and pets must be kept away from the work area.
7. Governing Law
Governed by Italian law. Disputes subject to jurisdiction of the Court of Turin.
